Like most women, I was told many untruths that (for a time) dashed my hopes of ever getting rid of the cellulite and being in great shape! I'm here to tell you it's possible to get rid of cellulite and to lose weight using health and fitness basics and sheer will power! So many women have asked me how I did it. How I went from a size 11 to a size 0 in a matter of months culminating with my first ever Ohio State NPC Figure Competition. I lost 21 pounds and 13% bodyfat during this time frame.
